We are proud to offer free shipping on ALL orders in the USA!

We ship most domestic orders via USPS, but offer shipping options through UPS at an additional cost. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship orders outside of the USA.

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Thereafter, you will receive your tracking number. All expedited options are provided at checkout.

nightrose will gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged and unaltered merchandise according to our returns policy. For all original orders in the US, shipping and handling fees are on us, yay!

Sorry, but we will need to deduct return shipping fees of $7 from your refund.

A return should be mailed within 30 days of the registered arrival of the package. Inside your package, please include the printable return packing slip (downloadable during the return process).

Once your return has been received and we have inspected it, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment. Merchandise that appears to be worn, washed or not in its original condition may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
